The journal is published quarterly by the Société Française de Médecine Aérospatiale. The magazine publishes articles in the field of aerospace medicine (research, clinical medicine, medical expertise, teaching. The articles are submitted anonymously by the reading committee to appointed expert readers for comment and approval for publication following any necessary modifications. The manuscripts submitted should not have been published before nor be submitted to, nor be in the process of being published in another magazine. Exceptions can, however, be made for final editing or for particularly interesting and teaching oriented work. The types of articles considered for publication are editorials, original articles, reviews of the literature, clinical facts, letters to the editor, but also analyses of works or of medical articles written in French or in English. The heading “What would you have done if you'd been faced with...?" offers a concise and didactical approach to aeromedical appraisal, illustrated by a clinical case. The Magazine also publishes reports and announcements of scientific meetings, conferences and events.
